Using personal digital images, it's also intended to emphasise seasonal (and other) changes in natural history of the Swansea (South Wales) area. Plants We Used to Use 448. Three-cornered leek
Three-cornered leek (Allium triquetum) tastes like wild garlic; chives or spring onion. It's often used as a topping in soups and stews. This leek can also be pickled or barbecued. In traditional medicine, it was used to lower blood pressure and reduce high blood cholesterol titres.
