Three-cornered leek (Allium triquetum) tastes like wild garlic; chives or spring onion. It's often used as a topping in soups and stews. This leek can also be pickled or barbecued. In traditional medicine, it was used to lower blood pressure and reduce high blood cholesterol titres.
