Plants We Used to Use 462. Vipers bugloss

Vipers bugloss (Echium vulgare) leaves are toxic but its flowers are used in drinks and salads. Leaves and flowering stems have been used to treat fevers; headaches; lung and chest conditions, as well as colds and nervous conditions.
