Plants We Used to Use 403. Sheep's sorrel

Sheep's sorrel (Rumex acetosa) leaves and flowers can be added to salads or replace lemon/lime, in dishes requiring acidic zing. Its roots can produce noodles. Sheep's sorrel has been historically used to treat inflammation; scurvy; cancer and diarrhoea.
