Plants We Used to Use 383. Sea aster

Sea aster (Aster tripolium) leaves add salt and crunch to most dishes, especially seafood. This plant is rich in vitamins A, C and D, as well as iron. Extracts are said to promote healthy skin, reducing redness and sensitivity.
