Plants We Used to Use 392. Sea plantain

Sea plantain (Plantago maritima) leaves can be eaten as a 'green', with 'mushroom notes'. It's rich in vitamin C, iron and calcium. The leaves and seeds were also used in traditional medicine, to treat coughs; colds and skin conditions.
